A Woking school named among the best in Surrey

The Real Schools Guide for 2025 has revealed which secondary schools in Surrey are the best.

The schools have been ranked according to ‘attainment 8’ GCSE scores. In the 2022/23 school year, the average score for Attainment 8 was 46.3 out of 90.

The top ten schools in Surrey with scores well above avare:

1. Gordon’s School – 64
2. St Andrew’s Catholic School – 64.3
3. St Peter’s Catholic School – 63.5
4. Salesians – 62.6
5. Weydon School – 62.2
6. Guildford County School – 60.9
7. Hinchley Wood School – 60.6
8. Rosebery School – 60.5
9. St John the Baptist School (Woking) – 60.5
10. St Bede’s School – 59.4
